Do you already have them online?  If you do then you can post right to the forum.  You can type img in between [ ] then the link to the picture then close with /img between [].  I hope that makes sense because if I actually type it out the computer thinks I'm posting a picture.  Click preview to make sure if comes out ok.  Send me a PM if you need help.
